I did get my refund in the end, but it took a while to come through. I was a bit worried at first and would’ve appreciated a little more reassurance or updates along the way, just so I knew everything was being handled

The box arrived a little crushed, which wasn’t great, not a total disaster or anything, but still kind of annoying. Luckily, the item itself seemed fine, so I guess it’s more of a packaging issue than anything else.

I had to email customer service and then wait for a response, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. One corner of the package was a little banged up, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m satisfied with the experience and would order from them again.

I’m giving 3 stars because the shipping took longer than I expected, and the website felt a little tricky to navigate at times. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I was hoping.
